Shipping Policy (Deployment Protocol)

We want to get your Developer Bar gear into your hands as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping protocols below.

Order Processing Times

  • All online merchandise orders (apparel, drinkware, and non-alcoholic goods) are processed and prepared for deployment within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major US holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new product drop), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer Standard (3-5 business days) and Expedited (1-2 business days) shipping options via major carriers.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier network issues outside of our control.

Local In-Store Pickup

Skip the shipping fees! Free local pickup is available at our brick-and-mortar location in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

  • Select "Local Pickup" during checkout.

  • Orders are typically ready within 24 hours.

  • You will receive an email notification containing your pickup instructions when your order is ready. Please have your order confirmation email ready at the bar.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of the shipping label being generated.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy (Rollback Procedure)

Please note: This policy applies strictly to physical merchandise purchased through our online store. Food, alcoholic beverages, and in-person services provided at the Developer Bar physical location are final sale and handled on a case-by-case basis by management on-site.

Merchandise Refund Eligibility

We want you to love your Developer Bar merch. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • It must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Perishable goods (if applicable to future non-alcoholic online offerings).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to abort an order, please contact us immediately.

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already entered the shipping phase.

  • Once an order has been handed off to our shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a standard return once the item arrives.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange for a different size/color, please email our support team with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. The item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

  3. The reason for the request (e.g., "Need a size Large instead of Medium").

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Do not send your purchase back without first acquiring an RMA.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns/Exchanges: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items (Bug Reports)

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or completely incorrect (a 404 error on our end), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include a photo of the defect or incorrect item in your email.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs and immediately deploy a replacement item at no additional charge to you. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
