3. Orders & Payments
Orders placed through iDrink are between you and the Partner. iDrink facilitates the order and payment, but does not prepare or serve the items.
Prices, taxes, and VIP convenience fees are shown before checkout.
Alcoholic beverages are sold ano served exclusively by licensed Partners.
Partners are responsible for verifying age and refusing service when appropriate
4. Acceptable Use
When using iDrink, you agree not to:
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Harass Partner staff or other guests
Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, iDrink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
