By checking this box, I confirm that I have read and agree to the iDrink Partner Agreement, understand my responsibility to verify that all customers are 21+ (or legal drinking age), and agree that iDrink is not liable for any age verification or alcohol compliance issues.

This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between iDrink, LLC (“Company”) and the business enrolling as a partner (“Partner”).

Effective Date: This Agreement becomes effective upon the Partner’s completion of the onboarding form and acceptance of these terms (no physical signature required on this document).

1. Purpose of Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Partner utilizes the iDrink platform to:

Accept and fulfill customer drink orders
Improve service efficiency
Enhance the overall customer experience
2. Customer Priority Requirement (Core Clause)

The Partner agrees that:

All iDrink orders must be treated as priority orders
iDrink customers must receive equal or faster service than walk-in customers
Orders must be fulfilled promptly and without intentional delay

This requirement exists to:

Maintain a premium VIP experience
Ensure reduced wait times
Protect the integrity of the iDrink platform

Failure to meet this standard may result in:

Account review
Reduced visibility within the platform
Suspension or termination
3. Partner Responsibilities

The Partner agrees to:

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date digital menu
Ensure timely preparation and fulfillment of all iDrink orders
Provide quality service consistent with in-venue standards
Monitor incoming orders via the iDrink dashboard
Train staff to properly manage iDrink workflows
4. Fees & Pricing

Partner agrees to a selected plan (free, 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year).

Fees may include:

Platform access or enrollment fees
Transaction-based fees (if applicable)

Additional terms:

Early partners may receive promotional (“grandfathered”) pricing
All fees are non-refundable
Subject to renewal at the end of the term
5. Customer Experience Standards

The Partner agrees to uphold:

Fast and efficient service
Order accuracy
Professional customer interaction

The Partner acknowledges that maintaining VIP-level service is essential to continued participation.

6. Term & Termination
This Agreement remains active for the selected term
Either party may terminate with notice
iDrink may terminate immediately if:
Service standards are not met
iDrink customers are not prioritized
There is misuse of the platform
7. Independent Relationship

The Partner operates as an independent business.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:

A partnership
Joint venture
Employment relationship
8. Age Verification & Responsibility Disclaimer

The Partner acknowledges and agrees that:

The Partner is solely responsible for verifying that all customers are at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction) prior to fulfilling any alcohol-related order
The Partner must ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol laws and regulations

Disclaimer:
While iDrink may provide age-related prompts, tools, or verification features within the platform, these are supplementary only.

iDrink does not assume responsibility or liability for:

Failure to properly verify customer age
Underage service of alcohol
Any legal or regulatory violations related to alcohol service

All responsibility for age verification and compliance rests entirely with the Partner.

9. Limitation of Liability

iDrink is not responsible for:

Partner operational issues
Staff performance
In-venue service failures
Compliance with local laws, including alcohol service regulations

The Partner is solely responsible for:

Order fulfillment
Customer interactions
Legal compliance within their establishment
10. Modifications

iDrink reserves the right to:

Update platform features, pricing, or requirements
Modify this Agreement at any time

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

11. Acceptance of Agreement (No Signature Required)

This Agreement does not require a physical or digital signature on this document.

By completing the Partner onboarding form and selecting the acceptance checkbox (or equivalent action), the Partner:

Confirms they have read and understood this Agreement
Agrees to be legally bound by its terms
