2. VIP Benefits

VIP Members may receive:

Reduced wait times on drink orders
Priority service at participating iDrink partner venues
Access to premium features (e.g., pre-ordering, sending drinks, rewards)
Exclusive offers, perks, or promotions (when available)

Benefits may vary based on location, venue participation, and platform updates.

3. Membership Fees

VIP Membership may be offered as:

Free, 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year plans

All paid memberships:

Are charged upfront
Are non-refundable, except where required by law

Pricing may change for future members. Promotional pricing is not guaranteed upon renewal.

4. Use of Service

The VIP Member agrees to:

Use the platform for lawful purposes only
Provide accurate account and payment information
Not misuse, disrupt, or exploit the platform

6. No Guarantee of Experience

All orders are fulfilled by independent partner venues.

7. Payments & Transactions
All purchases are processed through the platform
Transaction fees may apply
VIP Members are responsible for all account activity
8. Term & Cancellation
Membership remains active for the selected term
Members may cancel at any time
No refunds will be issued for unused time

iDrink may terminate membership for:

Violation of terms
Fraudulent or abusive behavior

iDrink is not liable for:

Delays caused by partner venues
Errors in order fulfillment
Any damages resulting from use of the platform
10. Modifications

iDrink may:

Modify this Agreement at any time

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

11. Age Requirement & Responsibility Disclaimer

By enrolling in the iDrink VIP Membership, the user confirms that:

They are at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction)
Any false representation of age is a violation of this Agreement
